What is Classical Pilates

Classical Pilates truely follows the Method as Joseph Pilates intended.

There are infinite styles of Pilates out in the world today, all adding their own take n the method.

As with any phyisical systems (exercise, sports or martial arts etc) it is vulnerable to interpritation and sometimes the true essence and goals are watered down or even lost.
